Guaranteed Entry With Your Statue of Liberty Pedestal Ticket.
Your Statue of Liberty pedestal ticket allows you special access inside the Statue of Liberty National Monument and includes entry to The Statue of Liberty Museum where you will see the statue’s original torch and your guide will highlight everything you need to know about Lady Liberty before you ascend to The Pedestal Level Observation Deck for great views and photos of the NYC skyline and New York Harbor from 10 stories high. From inside the pedestal, you’ll get a chance to look up through the glass ceiling to see the inside of the Statue of Liberty’s “skeleton” often called a mini Eiffel Tower because it was designed by that famous French engineer.
Visit Ellis Island and the National Immigration Museum.
Walk in the footsteps of millions of desperate immigrants who arrived at Ellis Island drawn by the promise of freedom and opportunity in The New World. From the ferry dock, to The Baggage Room, through The Great Hall, down The Stairs of Separation and on to The Kissing Post, you’ll share in their fears, their sorrows, their anxiety and their joy as you re-live the immigrant experience through the stories told by your guide. When your ferry departs for Battery Park you will know why the island earned the nickname, Island of Hope, Island of Tears.
The tour ends on Ellis Island but you are welcome to stay on the island where you can research and find out about family members who arrived at Ellis Island,
