Tap+Cork: Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest 2017, Aug 12, 2017
Now into its 5th year, the Tap+Cork Beer & Wine Festival in Brooklyn is a reasonably priced event with tickets starting at $25. Once inside the festival area your ticket allows you to sample a number of the huge selection of artisanal wines and craft beers on offer. With the festival running from 2 – 8 pm, you’d be wise to also try some of the street food being served from the various food trucks.
This annual event at Flushing Meadows has it all – from Dragon Boat racing where the vessels paddle to the beat of the boat’s drummer – to live music and Asian inspired cuisine.

An arts festival suitable for a wide range of tastes but particularly those into electronic music. The Elements Festival features primarily electronic music producers & DJs and boasts an impressive lineup with the array of DJs and producers playing across 5 stages. Like any respectable, modern festival there will also be additional entertainment such as audio-visual performances, 3D projections, circus performers, acrobats and a range of vendors and food trucks from across the city.
