Tours operate in all weather conditions. Please check the weather and dress appropriately. In the unlikely event that tours are canceled customers will be given the opportunity to rebook based on availability or receive a full refund.
We ask guests to plan to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Earlier if possible. We recommend this just in case there are any travel difficulties like traffic or train delays.
For private tours, we can arrange to have the guide meet you at your hotel for an additional fee.
